It involves working on your business concept, the products and services being offered, establishing your strengths and weaknesses and the metrics to measure your progress. The metrics could include valuable information such as the number of repeat customers and the rate of conversion of enquiries into sales. In a luxury business, being the cheapest option is not necessarily the best. You might also consider hiring a consultant who specialises in the limousine business to help you get off to a flying start.
